Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and the independent team that operates QwenImage.net at qwenimage.net ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site you accept them, along with our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Who we are

QwenImage.net is an independent third-party website. It is not run, endorsed or sponsored by Alibaba Cloud, Alibaba Group or the Qwen team. "Qwen" and "Qwen Image" are names of models developed by Alibaba; we use them only to describe the models our tools run on. All trademarks belong to their owners.

What the site does

You describe an image in words and, on tools that accept them, add reference images; an AI model from the Qwen Image family then produces a picture. The output comes from a machine: it may not match what you had in mind and can contain errors such as garbled text, extra fingers or warped details. Check every result before you use it.

Free use

Every visitor can make three images for free without an account. The allowance is per person, not per browser: we count it per network and device, and switching devices, browsers, VPNs or using scripts to get more is not allowed. We may change or suspend the free allowance at any time.

What you type and upload

• Upload only images you own or have permission to use, and photos of people only with their consent.
• No images of anyone under 18.
• No prompts or images involving nudity, sexual content, violence, hate, or anything illegal where you or we are located.

You keep all rights to your prompts and uploads. You let us store and process them, and send them to our AI providers, only to create the images you request, until they are deleted as the Privacy Policy describes.

The images you create

We claim no ownership of what you make: use the images for personal or commercial purposes, as long as the use is lawful. Keep in mind that some countries don't grant copyright to images made purely by AI, and that someone else can get a similar picture from a similar prompt.

Don't use the images to impersonate anyone, forge documents, spread deception or harass people, and don't present them as official Qwen or Alibaba material.

What is not allowed

• Breaking the law or infringing anyone's rights through the site.
• Getting around the free allowance or rate limits.
• Scraping, overloading or probing the site, or trying to reach data that isn't yours.
• Reselling the service or building a product on top of it without our written permission.

Our content

The site's design, text, logo and example images are ours. Please don't copy them without permission.

Changes, suspension and termination

We may change, pause or discontinue any part of the site. If you break these terms, we may block your access without warning.

No warranty

The site is offered "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee that it will always be available, that it will be error-free, or that any result will fit your purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, data or opportunities. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50, whichever is greater. Nothing here takes away rights that the law of your country gives you and that cannot be waived.

Updates to these terms

When these terms change, the date at the top changes too. Continuing to use the site afterwards means you accept the updated version.
